Order Dispatch
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being confirmed and receipt of payment. Our shipping charges include protective packaging. If the item is out-of stock we will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch or an alternative. Payment will not be processed until the order is ready for dispatch.
Waitomo Glowworm Cave Gift Shop will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal/courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier. We do not pay compensation for late delivery.
Please let us know if your order is urgent so we can immediately ensure all items are in stock. On the odd occasion should an item be sold out in stores/online, we will endeavour to dropship items to you direct from our supplier to enable us to meet your timeline requirements.
Framed Art
Our framed art available on our website is often made to order. Our delivery turn around time for framed art is 7-14 business days NZ / 14 business days Australia / 21 business days rest of the world. If your order is urgent, please let us know. We will endeavour to meet your timeline requirements.
New Zealand Delivery
FREE NZ SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $80. Fast local and reliable shipping to all New Zealand addresses and locations. Shipping costs for orders under $80 are calculated on the basis of the destination regardless of the value or the size of the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of orders within New Zealand, and up to 14 working days over Christmas / public holiday periods. If your order is urgent, please let us know. We will endeavour to meet your timeline requirements.

Australia Delivery
Our Australian post delivery option is available for all items on our site. We use New Zealand Post delivery service to Australia which is not a tracked service. Your package will be scanned upon pickup from our online orders dispatch team based in Wellington, and final scan will occur upon delivery to your shipping address. Standard time frame for packages being sent Australia is 10 business days, please allow up to an additional 3-7 business days over Christmas / public holiday periods. If your order is urgent, please let us know. We will endeavour to meet your timeline requirements.

International Delivery
We offer TAX FREE purchasing for all online shopping cart items when delivery is selected to a worldwide address/outside of New Zealand. PLEASE NOTE if the billing address is a New Zealand address, GST will be added to your order. If you are located in NZ and wish to send items international please call us and we can manually process your order GST FREE. Alternatively, billing address can be changed to international shipping address for GST FREE purchases being delivered overseas. (NZ GST is currently 15% and may be subject to changes). Our International shipping option is available for all items on our site. We use New Zealand Post air courier service worldwide which is not a tracked service.
